Return & Refund Policy

At ShadeMyRide, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged car umbrella sunshades
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at customer@shademyride.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address if your item is eligible.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account or credit card provider. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at customer@shademyride.com

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

7. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
